After a period of understandable frustration due to the bug issues that regrettably forced Samsung to temporarily halt the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 series and other devices, including the highly anticipated Galaxy Z foldables, the South Korean tech giant has officially released a stable version, starting with users in its home market of Korea.

Many users breathed a collective sigh of relief when Samsung initially announced the April rollout timeline for One UI 7, paving the way for its official arrival on the Galaxy S24 in South Korea. However, a significant hiccup occurred when users encountered troublesome bugs across various devices, leading to the temporary withdrawal of the One UI 7 update.

While the precise nature and name of the bug remain somewhat under wraps, the most likely culprits were frustrating unlocking issues and an alarming vulnerability where secure folder content could be accessed without proper authorization. Now, the ever-vigilant tipster Tarun Vats has delivered some genuinely delightful news for owners of the Galaxy Z Flip6, Fold6, and Fold SE.

These fantastic Samsung foldables from last year are now receiving the One UI 7 update with the following firmware versions: F741NKSU2BYD9 for the Galaxy Z Flip6, F956NKSU2BYD9 for the Galaxy Z Fold6, and F958NKSU2BYD9 for the Galaxy Z Fold SE. Staying true to their familiar rollout strategy, Samsung is currently making this update available to users in Korea first, with a wider release to more regions anticipated in the very near future. In parallel developments, Samsung began re-releasing the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 series to the general public on Thursday.
